How to make your rainbow sparkler

  1. Taking a sheet of cellophane, fold it in half and cut up towards the fold leaving about 1.5 cm near the top (be sure to supervise little ones at all time)
  2. Repeat this with as many sheets of cellophane as you would like in as many colours as you choose
  3. The wrap the strip of cellophane around a pencil or twig and secure into place with sticky tape
  4. Be sure to stick the end that you haven't cut
  5. Layer multiple sheets on top of one another until you have the desired effect
  6. Make sure the cut sections are fanned out so they look like a sparkler when shaken!
