#eventswithEYR was born as a way of collating all of our national and international events under one roof and recognise our achievements as the small but mighty team that we are.
Over the years we have grown in strength and numbers and this has allowed us to not only attend exhibitions throughout the UK and abroad but eventually exhibit at them ourselves. We now place ourselves alongside our competitors at various exhibitions and proudly display our unique, own developed resources to current and prospective customers.
As well as exhibitions, #eventswithEYR includes our own events such as our famous warehouse sale and our workshops and seminars. These are both activities we have entered into as a way of “giving back” to our customers and providing something a little bit extra whether this be resources at a reduced price or the latest insights and information from industry experts.

International events
GESS Dubai
Organised in partnership with the Ministry of Education, GESS Dubai has been the focal point for education in the Middle East and beyond for 14 years.
This exhibition provides educators access to the products and solutions that meet the needs of the modern classroom and transform the way students learn. Alongside the exhibition runs an extensive conference programme and awards ceremony, making GESS Dubai the complete event for the education industry.
By exhibiting at GESS we have been able to keep up to date with the needs of our international customers, meet directly with some of our customers and present our unique products to a wider audience of educators.
Spielwarenmesse - Toy Fair
The Nuremberg Toy Fair is an annual event and is the biggest international trade fair for toys and games. Only trade visitors associated with the toy business, journalists and invited guests are admitted to browse the stands.
We have been attended Spielwarenmesse since 2006 and more recently have been exhibiting alongside our competitors.
Our stand showcases a carefully curated selection of our own developed products and has provided us with the opportunity to meet our international trade customers as well as find new and exciting resources on the market.
National events
EYR Warehouse sale
The EYR warehouse sale is a highly anticipated sale which takes place five times a year on a Saturday morning. We invite our existing customers to our premises and allow them to browse a selection of our resources at a heavily discounted price. Resources have included furniture, outdoor resources, art and craft supplies, EYFS curricular resources and many, many more!
The warehouse sale not only acts as a way for us to meet our loyal customers face to face but it also acts as a thank you to those dedicated customers and allows them to kit out their setting for a bargain price.
“We attended the last sale…mind blown! It was fantastic, the quality of the items and the prices…unbelievable! We were able to purchase lots of furniture and equipment at a fraction of the cost which was invaluable to us as a not-for-profit.” - Sonia, Community Arts
Childcare expo
Nursery & Childcare expo is one of several exhibitions that we have attended. It is an event designed to help early years educators get up to date with the latest themes and products in the education market, benefit from workshops and seminars and connect with other early years professionals.
Attending these events allows us to meet customers old and new, showcase our latest product range and create inspiring setups.
EYR workshops and seminars
Over the years, we have hosted a range of workshops and seminars for early year’s practitioners, childcare providers and teachers. The aim of these workshops is to enhance CPD requirements and offer a reliable source of industry insight and information from our guest speakers.
Sessions have been held on a variety of curriculum specific topics and teaching methods that our guest host is an expert in the field of. Some of our past sessions have included:
- “Good practice in school readiness”
- “Exploring Executive Function”
- “Getting ready for writing through play”
