Ordering with us is simple and can be done in 1 of 3 ways:

What happens to your order?
1. Order placed
2. Order processing
3. Order is shipped
4. Email confirmation
5. Order is delivered
1. Your order is placed online/via email or phone
2. Your order is processed by our sales team.
At this point, it is checked for any out-of-stock products. If more than 80% of the resources on your order are available then this will be released to our warehouse. If more than 80% are unavailable, we may hold your order until these products arrive – you will be notified via email if this is the case.
3. Your order is shipped from our warehouse
4. You will receive an email confirmation of shipping. This email will also remind you of any made-to-order products that will be delivered separately (please contact customer services for estimated delivery times)
5. Your order is delivered within 2-3 working days with an invoice/delivery note attached.
