Minibeasts is a general classification of arthropods and invertebrates such as ants, bees, butterflies, spiders, caterpillars, snails and slugs. The study of minibeasts is practiced in the EYFS and KS1 curriculum to explain interesting concepts such as our environment, life cycles, food chains and body structure.
