Dyspraxia

Dyspraxia or developmental coordination disorder (DCD) is a condition that impacts physical coordination, balance, perception, hand-eye coordination, levels of fatigue and speech abilities. Dyspraxia can have significant impacts on school children as it affects both fine and gross motor skills. Dyspraxia is more common than people think, with many children recognised as having some form of dyspraxia. Our range of resources is suitable for teachers or parents and can be used in any early years classroom or home setting.

Our dyspraxia teaching  resources help guide teachers and parents with children who have dyspraxia. Our resources are designed to improve children’s motor coordination and handwriting skills in an engaging and fun way and help children reach their full potential in the classroom.

We have a range of dyspraxia-designed resources to help improve the gross motor skills of children including build and balance kits, play parachutes, balance bikes and creative movement packs. We also supply a range of resources to help support children's writing abilities, including letter cards for threading, magnetic learning letters and pencil grips. Or why not check out our range of fine motor skill resources including busy boards, lacing apples, jumbo tweezers and dual-control scissors.
