Celebrations and Festivals

Our range of EYFS celebrations and festival resources are great for teaching children about the various religious celebrations, cultural holiday sand secular celebrations and festivals around the world. These resources provide children an opportunity to learn about other customs and traditions whilst developing better cultural understanding and appreciation.

These resources allow children to discover for themselves the similarities and differences between cultures and communities, understand other countries' values besides their own, understand what festivals take place in other countries, the different ways these countries celebrate and the purpose behind these special periods.
